Undergraduate Torah Studies for Men Information Session

Tuesday, March 2, 2021 8-9 pm

Rabbi Yosef Kalinsky, the Dean of Undergraduate Torah Studies for Men, will discuss the different Judaic Studies programs. Rabbi J. Green, Rabbi B. Rofeh and Rabbi A. Ciment will join Rabbi Kalinsky to discuss what each program entails as well the differences between the programs. Rabbi Kalinsky will highlight some of the Rabbeim from each program. Session will include a Q&A.

Jewish Studies Programs for Women Information Session

Tuesday, March 2, 2021 8-9 pm

Learn about the undergraduate Jewish Studies program for women at Yeshiva University. Professors Shoshana Shechter and Deena Rabinovits, the Dean and Associate Dean of Judaic Studies for women, will discuss the details of what the Judaic Studies program offers and will highlight some of the teachers within the program as well. Session will include a Q&A.

Tuesday, March 9, 2021 8-9 pm

Mr. Aharon Goldwasser and Dr. Jessica Accurso-Salguero will provide information regarding the Associates Programs available at YU. They will review the admissions process. The curriculum and additional academic resources available to students will be discussed as well. Session will include a Q&A.

Tuesday, March 9, 2021 8-9 pm

Come hear Rabbi Yaakov Glasser, one of our esteemed Rabbis, discuss the power of Pesach. Rabbi Glasser will discuss Pesach related concepts and will delve deeper into what makes Pesach such a unique holiday. Rabbi Glasser will discuss different aspects of Yeshiva University as well.

Career Center: Prepare for Your Future

Wednesday, March 10, 2021 8-9 pm

Ms. Susan Bauer and Mr. Joshua Meredith will discuss how the Career Center prepares students for careers after college. Ms. Bauer and Mr. Meredith will discuss the different programs that are run by the Career Center as well as the different resources that the career center provides to students. Statistics regarding career outcomes will be discussed as well. Session will include a Q&A.

A Taste of Sephardic Life at Yeshiva University

Tuesday, March 16, 2021 8-9 pm

Rav Mordechai Benchaim, Rav Dan Cohen, and Dean Noam Wasserman will speak about the Sephardic community on campus. They will discuss the different offerings within Sy Syms as well as what students can expect post graduation. Student life on campus for Sephardim will be discussed as well. Session will include a Q&A.

All Things YU Information  Session

Wednesday, March 17, 2021 8-9 pm

Ms. Ayelet Strauss, an Undergraduate Admissions Counselor, will be speaking about the ins and outs of YU. Ms. Strauss will provide information on the different undergraduate programs as well as student life. Students can expect to hear about clubs and life on campus, as well as information regarding SDAIP, the YU Joint Israel Program. They will also learn about the admissions processes for our different programs.
