Jasmina Mimica, PhD, is a licensed mental health counselor, educator, and scholar specializing in adult attachment, romantic relationships, and consensual non-monogamy. She earned her PhD in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University, an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Bonaventure University, and an MBA from University of Rijeka, Croatia. Dr. Mimica is a licensed counselor in New York and New Jersey.

Dr. Mimica serves as Assistant Clinical Professor and Director of Clinical Training at Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. She has taught and developed various courses in graduate and undergraduate counseling and psychology programs at Pace University and Marshall University. In addition to her academic work, Dr. Mimica is the owner and clinical supervisor of a group private practice in New York, where she provides psychotherapy and supervision. Her scholarly work and presentations focus on attachment processes, relationship satisfaction, and reducing barriers to care for clients in alternative relational structures.
