Mouchka Heller leads the World Economic Forum's integrated mobility initiative, which designs, tests, executes, and globally scales innovative economic development models leveraging mobility products, services and technologies to foster sustainable, inclusive growth in urban ecosystems. Mouchka joined the Forum from the Consulate of Canada in NY, where she was Trade Commissioner of infrastructure, energy, and public-private partnerships, in which capacity she pioneered international trade programs in smart cities and urban resiliency, advised cabinet-level members on infrastructure trade strategy, helped close billion-dollar infrastructure projects, created economic inclusion programs, and made too many calls about the NAFTA and tariff negotiations. Prior to the Consulate, Mouchka worked for The Economist Group, where she was the company’s inaugural global data protection officer.

Mouchka teaches the Business Negotiation course at YU and conducts original academic research on negotiation strategies leveraging institutional flaws to optimize personal outcomes.
