Dr. Martin Rock's clinical and research interests have centered on the process of psychoanalytic psychotherapy, psychoanalysis and supervision. He has made numerous presentations to professional audiences o the supervisory process, the supervisory relationship and problems in supervisions. Consistent with these interests, Rock teaches Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Research on Psychotherapy and the Process of Change, and the Teaching and Learning of Psychotherapy (clinical supervision). He is also interested in the integration of psychoanalytic and cognitive-behavioral therapies.
