Johanna Lane earned a BA and MA in English Language and Literature from the University of St. Andrews (Scotland), where she was a recipient of the Hemingway Prize and the Robert T. Jones Graduate Fellowship. She also holds a MFA in Creative Writing (Fiction) from Columbia University. She teaches First Year Writing and Creative Writing at Yeshiva College and her first novel will be published by Little, Brown in 2013.
