The Strategy and Entrepreneurship major is a comprehensive major that prepares students with the skills necessary for successful careers in strategy consulting, venture capital, private equity, business development, investment research, and the startup world, or to start their own entrepreneurial ventures. In this major, students will learn how to start and lead a business, as well as create and sustain a competitive advantage given the revolutionary demographic, technological, economic and environmental changes in the current global landscape. The strategy and entrepreneurship major also prepares students to analyze the growth trajectories of companies as well as diagnose and solve existing business issues. Course offerings include: principles of strategy, principles of entrepreneurship, leadership, angel finance and venture capital, and startup strategy, among others.
