About CFIL

Through the YU+OU Consulting Force / Innovation Lab (CFIL) internship program, students gain real-world, project-based work experience over the summer at non-profits and Israeli startups to strengthen their job prospects and career paths.

Our students get top quality training and mentorship in how to be a consultant from YU alumni and specialists from top firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Accenture, Morgan Stanley, Mercer). Following their training, students spend a week applying the concepts in a wicked-problems hackathon. They are then paired with a startup or non-profit where they work on concrete, tangible projects with clear deliverables, mentorship, and guidance from top faculty.
