Jeff Brodsky is a Vice Chairman at Morgan Stanley and a member of the Firm’s Operating Committee and Management Committee. As Vice Chairman, he works directly with the CEO and Board of Directors as a senior advisor on strategic issues related to executive talent, succession, and diversity and inclusion. He also helps lead the Firm’s COVID-19 response, as well as acquisition integration efforts for E*TRADE and Eaton Vance.  

Since joining Morgan Stanley in 1987, Jeff has held various leadership positions across HR. In 2011, he was named Chief Human Resources Officer, and he held that position for 10 years.  

Jeff serves on the Safe Horizon Board of Directors. He is also an Executive in Residence at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a former member of their Advisory Board. He earned a B.S. in accounting from Binghamton University and is married with three sons.

Shayna Doretsky is a recent graduate from YU who majored in accounting and minored in Finance and BIMA. She is a current CPA candidate and is excited to start working for EY’s Assurance practice in the Fall.

Jonathan Price is a Senior Vice President and Corporate Retirement Practice Leader, based in Segal’s New York office. He has been with the firm since 2004. Mr. Price has specialized expertise on a wide range of employee benefit services, including retirement readiness, financial wellness, retirement plan design and strategy, actuarial analysis development and funding strategies in alignment with corporate objectives. He also works with corporations on benefit and de-risking strategies and plan management. He has worked on numerous special projects including plan redesign, curtailments, terminations, and M&A. He consults to both large and small retirement plan sponsors, including corporate and non-profit clients. Jonathan currently serves in this capacity for some of the firm’s largest client relationships, including companies in the transportation, chemical manufacturing, communication and real estate industries. 

In addition, Jonathan co-directs numerous interrelated data-driven analytic solutions for corporate clients and their employees, focusing on strategic retirement plan design, retirement readiness, and financial wellness. These solutions utilize customized analyses based on employee-level plan and other supplemental data, and partner with clients to develop action plans that can be subsequently measured for success.

Marc Spear is a professor, facilitator, trainer and communication skills coach. He heads the Business Communication Department of the Sys Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University in New York. Marc teaches, oversees curriculum development, recruits professors, and trains and supports their efforts. He uses experiential education and cutting-edge pedagogy to engage with his students and enable them to enhance their skills and become effective communicators. Prior to his current role, Marc was the founding Senior Director of the Office of Student Life at Yeshiva University. He also served as the Director of the Leadership Training Department at the Center for the Jewish Future and the Executive Director of the Hebrew Institute of Riverdale. Marc has taught and performed Improvisation professionally and uses those skills to help individuals and groups build confidence, high level collaboration and creative problem-solving skills.

Marc received his MBA from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, where he graduated with multiple honors. He earned his BS in Business Management from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University. He holds certificates in training, coaching and nonprofit management.

Marc also currently serves as President of the Riverdale Jewish Center, a large and vibrant modern orthodox synagogue just North of Manhattan.
