  • YUNMUN: Registration

    Forms

    Each school's YUNMUN Advisor is required to submit both the school and student forms at one time. Originals, with signature only, must be submitted (copies will not be accepted) by November 26, 2012.

    Please be advised that students may not submit forms individually.

     

    School Forms consist of:
    1) School Registration Form 

    2) Payment Form 

    3) Travel Itinerary Form 

     

    Student forms consist of:
    1) Delegate Participation Form 

    2) Delegate Participation Form (for students outside North America)

     

    Please remember to fill out the roster that was sent to you and e-mail it back to Heidi Fuchs at heidi.fuchs@yu.edu.

     

    Please remember:

    - Only one check per school is allowed

    - There may be no individual student checks

    - No credit card payment is allowed

    - It is the advisor's responsibility to review forms for completion and accuracy
