The Sy Syms School of Business has added a new Master of Science in Real Estate to its graduate programs in accounting, taxation, and business administration.
The 36-credit program will prepare students for the fast-paced world of real estate through coursework on financial analysis, modeling, analytics, quantitative evaluation, hard asset development and deal-making along with important legal, accounting and tax requirements. Students will be mentored by faculty and practitioners with experience in a wide array of real estate sectors and have the opportunity to connect with YU’s several hundred-member Real Estate Alumni Club and the Real Estate Executive Circle. Ideal for recent graduates looking to break into the industry as well as professionals looking to advance in their real estate career, the program expects to welcome its first cohort in Fall 2020.
