Office of Sponsored Programs

The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) is responsible for negotiating research contracts and agreements on behalf of Yeshiva University. OSP reviews the terms in collaboration with the Office of the General Counsel and is responsible for the execution of the agreement with the sponsor.

OSP assists with negotiating:

Incoming and outgoing sub-award agreements and amendments,
Research collaboration agreements,
Data Use Agreements (DUAs),
Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs), and
Other funded or non-funded research related contracts and agreements.

Research agreements and contracts can only be signed by an official signature authority.
