Contracts and Other Agreements

The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) is responsible for negotiating research contract agreements on behalf of Yeshiva University. OSP reviews the terms in collaboration with the Office of the General Counsel and is responsible for the execution of the agreement with the sponsor.

OSP handles all incoming and outgoing sub-award agreements, research collaboration agreements, Data Use Agreements (DUAs), Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs) and any other funded or non-funded agreements.
