This week, the debate club had the unique opportunity to hear from YU Vice Provost Dr. Scott Goldberg. Dr. Goldberg spoke about computers and technology in classrooms in preparation for an upcoming novice debate about that topic. The lecture was met with enthusiasm by the members of the debate club who felt that they had a much better grasp of the topic after the presentation.
