  • Professor Pamela Foohey is presenting her paper, “Portraits of Bankruptcy Filers” (co-authored with Robert M. Lawless and Deborah Thorne), at the 2021 Minnesota Bankruptcy Institute on October 11 and at the 2021 Connecticut Bankruptcy Conference on October 14.
  • Ramya Jawahar Kudekallu, Visiting Instructor and Telford Taylor Teaching Fellow at the Benjamin B. Ferencz Human Rights and Atrocity Prevention Clinic, has been appointed as the new Chairperson for the New York City Bar’s International Human Rights Committee.
  • Professor Anthony Sebok was on a panel, “Perils of Fee Sharing with Non-Lawyers,” at The Law and Ethics of NewLaw 2021 Conference on October 7.
  • Professor Edward Zelinsky published the article, “Taxing Interstate Remote Workers After New Hampshire v. Massachusetts: The Current Status of the Debate,” in SSRN. It was was accepted in the Florida Tax Review.
