Presidential Fellowship in University and Community Leadership 2011-2012 Applications Now Open to Qualified Seniors
Yeshiva University offers a leadership initiative—the Presidential Fellowship in University and Community Leadership—which provides a unique opportunity for graduates of Stern College for Women, Sy Syms School of Business and Yeshiva College. Qualifying graduates of the class of 2011 will be selected to spend 11 months (August 1, 2011 – June 29, 2012) as Presidential Fellows. While participating in an engaging and thorough learning experience, fellows will serve as key players in affecting many aspects of campus life.

The fellows will be selected through a competitive process and will be assigned to a University office, be mentored by an administrator and participate in a leadership seminar, for which they may earn up to two graduate credits per semester.
Fellows will be involved in many aspects of University operations, will be responsible for special projects and will have the opportunity to interact with administrators, faculty and invited academic and communal leaders. Students who are selected will receive a salary of $24,000 plus fringe benefits for the year.
