Although school was cancelled last week due to the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, many of our students took it upon themselves to continue to learn. Among other things, the Markowitz's hosted boys for learning and singing with Rabbi Tanchum Cohen on Thursday evening, Rabbi Mendelson arranged a phone conference with many of his talmidim, and Rabbi Richter arranged a small shiur for students in his neighborhood.
