Program Prerequisites  

This program is ideal for recent graduates with any major as well as professionals looking to advance their real estate careers. Sy Syms requires an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university and either the GRE or GMAT. While there is no cutoff for admission, successful applications typically have both an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher and a score at least in the 80% percentile on the verbal and quantitative reasoning sections of the GRE or GMAT.
