    Architecture Minor

    §  ART 1052A (History of Art), 1831 (Architectural Design Process), and 1633 (Language of Architecture)
    §  Plus two courses from ART 1630 (American Architecture), 1635 (Evolution of Skyscrapers), or 1650 (Architecture of the Synagogue)
    § 
    Either a third course in architectural history (ART 1630, American Architecture; ART 1635, Evolution of Skyscrapers; or ART 1650, Architecture of the Synagogue), ART 1832 (Architectural Design Studio), an advanced course in studio art (ART 2302, Advanced Drawing; ART 2515, Advanced Painting; or ART 2702, Sculpture II)
    §  Or a course in a related field chosen in consultation with the advisor to the architecture minor

    Students who have already taken ART 1631: Architectural Design I, and ART 1632: Architectural Design II will still be able to apply them to the requirements for the minor.

    Studio Art Minor

    ART 1052A, plus 12 additional studio art credits including at least one advanced course as determined by the humanities adviser in consultation with the individual student, and one 3-credit course in architectural history or art history
