- If you forgot your password for access to Alumni Online Resources contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 212-960-5378
- Be sure to include your name and a brief description of the problem specifying the relevant database if applicable and the time and date when the problem occurred.
- The latest version of a browser is recommended. We recommend trying Firefox or the latest version of Internet Explorer. The Safari browser on the Mac operating system sometimes doesn't work well with our databases.
- Browsers should be set to accept Cookies.
- Access times out at forty-five minutes. This means that following forty-five minutes of inactivity after login access is de-activated and it is necessary to log in again to access resources.
- Service may be interrupted for several minutes between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM while server updates are taking place.
