On-Campus Courses

On-campus summer classes are held on two Manhattan campuses: Wilf Campus in Washington Heights: 500 West 185th Street, New York City or Beren Campus in Midtown Manhattan: 245 Lexington Avenue, New York City. For the most part, on-campus summer classes meet in the mornings (Monday - Friday, 9-11am) or in the afternoons (Monday - Thursday 1-3pm and Friday, 12-2pm). Specific course meetings times are listed below.

Online Courses

Online courses are asynchronous, which means that you do not need to come to campus or be online at specific times. However, all classes will have a set start and ending date, scheduled exam dates, and deadlines along the way that you will need to meet. These dates are not flexible. Online courses require the same amount of time and effort as face-to-face courses. While each course has its own requirements and each faculty member has his or her own approach, you should plan to spend approximately eight - twelve hours each week in the course site, in addition to time spent studying and completing assignments. Online courses will be taught in Canvas, and all students registered for online courses will have access to Canvas tutorials and technical support within their online course.

Travel Courses & Special Programs

Travel courses and special programs require a separate application. Learn more here.
