Admission Requirements

Successful applicants to the AA in Liberal Arts will:

  • Complete the online admissions application by clicking here (place url to application here)
  • Submit high school transcript and present a minimum high school GPA of 2.0.
  • Submit two short answer responses (see below).
  • Submit a resume to include extra-curricular activities.
  • Submission of SAT/ACT scores are strongly encouraged but not required.

Application short answer prompts:

  • Tell us about a time when you tried something and failed. What did you learn from your experience?
  • How will enrolling in Yeshiva University's A.A. in Liberal Arts program assist you with reaching your future goals?

Additional Information

  • Admission to the program is provisional based on taking our math assessment and meeting with a member of the Katz team via our information sessions. Upon receiving you provisional acceptance, please schedule your math assessment and informational meeting here.

Transfer to a Bachelor's Degree

Upon successful graduation from the AA in Liberal Arts program, students who graduate with a GPA of 3.2 or higher will have the opportunity to enroll in the bachelor’s programs at YU.
