Dr. Casey R. Shannon earned her PhD in School Psychology with a minor in Applied Statistics and Research Methods from the University of Northern Colorado. She completed her predoctoral internship with the Tennessee Internship Consortium in Psychology, and postdoctoral supervision practicing as a school psychologist in Colorado. She is a Licensed Psychologist in NY and CO, and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. She is the current director of Diverse Minds for Social Justice, a research and training group with current projects focused on opioid addiction and overdose prevention, juvenile justice, and multicultural issues.
