Dr. Nadeem conducts community-partnered research focused on the implementation of evidence-based practices in schools and community settings, and disparities in children’s educational and mental health outcomes. She has particular expertise in EBPs for trauma, and studies implementation strategies (e.g., coaching, consultation) and the use of continuous quality improvement methods. She is a national trainer and expert in the Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools (CBITS).
