Attorneys in the Office of the General Counsel have broad capabilities to handle the wide variety of legal matters that arise in the context of the ongoing operations of the University.
In addition, when deemed necessary and appropriate by the general counsel, we coordinate and retain outside legal services. To ensure outstanding service and competent representation, outside law firms may only be retained by the Office of the General Counsel.
