Yeshiva Employee System Status 

YESS is the new automated system for the creation, approval and routing of PSF (Personnel Status Forms), PRF (Personnel Requisition Form) and PM (Payroll Memo) forms.

You will no longer complete paper forms. The forms to accomplish the various actions that you submit for an employee are now contained in the YESS system. YESS is a Web based system that is accessible to all authorized users that have an Internet connection.

YESS will be made available to departments on a scheduled basis. MIS will contact your department to schedule orientation and training.

A transaction menu is provided to accomplish a specific action. The selected transaction contains all of the information necessary to complete the intended action. Once the transaction is completed, the system provides a list of departments and people that you can forward the transaction to for review and/or approval. A complete history of everyone that has processed the transaction is kept.

The system maintains a routing history for each transaction. This gives you the ability, to view on-line, where in the process your transaction resides. Once the transaction is accepted in the payroll department you are notified via E-Mail, that the transaction is complete.

The transactions that you create are maintained by the system and are retained for historical purposes indefinitely. Maintaining paper copies of all PSF, PRF and PM transactions will no longer be necessary.
