The American studies minor offers students the opportunity to examine culture and society in the United States from an interdisciplinary perspective.
Students develop an awareness of specific patterns in U.S. history, literature and politics while compiling a set of analytical skills for synthesizing the broad range of experiences that make up a culture or civilization.
