Spring 2011 Common Day Tells a "Common Story"

Common Day 1 Common Day 2 Common Day 3

Common Day 4 Common Day 5 Common Day 6

Common Day was held March 16th, with MSW students attending a unifying event exploring issues surrounding " The New Poor." An icebreaker, a custom-made video featuring Wurzweiler Faculty, keynote speaker Devorah Weiss '05, LCSW (Connect to Care) and unique interactive exercises and discussions brought the Wurzweiler students together to learn about the "Common Story" currently affecting many. The event, planned in conjunction with the Student Government Association, included a "tex-mex" dinner, a raffle, and an announcement of the winners of Project Green Tree  (PDF).
