The Department of Food Service is pleased to help you in planning special events for your department, school or division. To make certain that your event is a success, a catering coordinator is available to assist you in the planning and organizing of your function.
While the attached sample menus should be used as a general guide in planning events, menus customized to meet your unique needs are our specialty. Gourmet and theme menus are available upon request.
In order to help you in the planning of your function, we have developed a set of catering guidelines. The single most important factor to assure success and cost effectiveness is proper planning well in advance of the event.We have included the Catering Request Form for your convenience.
