EXIT REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADUATION
To be eligible for graduation, each student must fulfill an exit requirement in her major area as specified below. Students with more than one major must satisfy this requirement in each major.
EXIT REQUIREMENTS BY DEPARTMENT:
1. Art History: Senior Thesis; Studio Art: Senior Project
2. Biology , Chemistry , Computer Science , Economics , Mathematics , Political Science , Psychology and Sociology:Major Field Test (MFT). Please complete the form below.
3. Education: NYSTCE. Bulletins are available in the Office of the Registrar.
4. English Literature: Satisfactory completion of Senior Seminar and Thesis.English Communications: Exit paper. See department for guidelines
5. Biochemistry, History, Jewish Studies, Speech Pathology/Audiology:
Departmental Examinations. Please complete form below.
6. Philosophy: See Department.
7. Pre-Engineering: Chemistry, Mathematics: Major Field Test (MFT). Please complete the form below
8. Physics: Departmental Exam
9. Shaped Majors: See an academic advisor.
10. Students on Joint or Combined Programs, see an academic advisor.
11. Students may take the GRE Subject Examination in place of the Major Field Test (MFT). Please inform Mrs. Schechter, if you are taking the GRE instead of the MFT.
