Requirements
The Sy Syms School of Business provides an additional dimension to the
undergraduate dual program. Established
through a major gift by Sy Syms, a prominent businessman and a member of the
University's Board of Trustees, the School offers the unique combination of a
complete business curriculum along with the University's Jewish studies
component.
The Sy Syms School of Business provides its students with professional
preparation for a business career, a broad-based education in the liberal arts,
and a full Jewish Studies Program. The
program, leading to the Bachelor of Science degree, incorporates the study and
use of computers as part of the course work. Jewish tradition provides the framework for consideration of ethical
issues, an integral part of the School's instruction.
