It's never too early to start the process. During your first semester on campus, make an appointment to meet with me to discuss the steps to take to become a viable candidate. I am also happy to respond to any questions or concerns that you may have about this daunting process.
It is crucial that you sign up for the pre-health listserv (email your address to beaudrea@yu.edu) so that you will receive the latest information about pre-professional events, research and volunteer opportunities, as well as deadlines for health professional schools' applications.
Taking the pre-health requirements along with Yeshiva’s dual curriculum makes for a very demanding academic program, but as a result our students are well prepared for the rigors of medical, dental, and other professional schools.
Our office is here to work with you throughout your undergraduate experience, and is proud to support the next generation of health care professionals.
