  • Housing 2014

Your first stop during Orientation is Brookdale Residence Hall (50 East 34th Street between Park and Madison Avenues, New York, NY 10016) for dormitory check in. At this time, you will receive your housing assignment and your keys. The University Housing and Residence Life staff will be available in the Brookdale RA office to answer any of your housing questions.

    Each dorm room includes:

    • standard twin size bed
    • desk with shelving
    • desk chair
    • dresser
    • closet space

Men will be permitted upstairs in all of the residence halls on the Beren Campus to assist in the move-in process.

A representative from the ITS department will be available to assist you with Yeshiva University's wireless Fios Internet system.

On Sunday, August 16th  from 9:00am-12:00 noon and on Tuesday, August 18th from 7:30pm-10:30pm, students residing in Brookdale Residence Hall may drop off their belongings in front of the dormitory.  There will be staff to label and move all luggage from the drop-off site to the students' assigned Brookdale room. There is a No Standing regulation in front of Brookdale Residence Hall on Sunday beginning at 1pm.  At that point, any vehicle in the "No Standing" area may be fined and/or towed by the New York City Police Department.  If you are available during the designated times, we highly suggest that you take advantage of this service.  Doing so will allow you to bypass the Brookdale luggage move-in line on Wednesday, August 19th.

There is a central package room for all Beren Campus students, located on the 2nd floor of Brookdale Residence Hall.  ALL deliveries will be processed at this location only.

Packages will be accepted beginning Monday, August 10th, 2015.  Students are encouraged to ship their belongings to campus in advance.  Doing so may enable you to bypass the long Brookdale luggage move-in on Wednesday, August 19th.

All packages for undergraduate students on the Beren campus must be addressed as:
