Library computers fall into two categories – YULIS reference computers and Academic (lab) computers.  YULIS reference computers are configured to access library holdings and electronic resources such as databases, e-journals and e-books and the Internet.    Academic (lab) computers offer access to Office XP, specialized course software, Hebrew word processing and Internet browsers and allow use of CD-ROMS and audio CDs.  Personal e-mail should be accessed on these rather than on the YULIS reference computers.
