    Ben Sira Manuscripts – This website is devoted to the ancient and medieval Hebrew manuscripts of the book of Ben Sira.

    Cairo Genizah Collection of the Bodleian Libraries - A collection of Cairo Genizah fragments held at the Bodleian Libraries, consisting of about 4000 fragments.

    The David Simonsen Manuscripts - A digital collection of approximately 160 manuscripts in The Royal Library, Copenhagen. The digitized items range from the only Genizah fragment in Danish collections - a Judeo-Arabic letter, tentatively dated to the 12th century - to modern copies of manuscripts in other libraries, and include ''Gemma's Prayerbook'', a decorated Hebrew prayer book written for the widow Gemma (Yemma) in Modena in 1531.

    Dead Sea Scrolls Electronic Reference Library (Access in Library only. Inquire at Desk.)

    Digital Dead Sea Scrolls – The website, developed by the Israel Museum in partnership with Google, offers access to searchable, fast-loading, high-resolution images of the scrolls (five so far), as well as short explanatory videos and background information on the texts and their history. The Dead Sea Scrolls include the oldest known biblical manuscripts in existence.

    Ets Haim manuscripts - Images and descriptions of Jewish manuscripts from the holdings of the Ets Haim/Livraria Montezinos Library in Amsterdam.

    Leon Levy Dead Sea Scrolls Digital Library- The Israel Antiquities Authority and Google joined forces to digitize and make accessible thousands of Dead Sea Scroll fragments, including the oldest known copies of biblical texts.

    Manuscripts (National Library of Israel) – Catalogs of items from the Institute of Microfilmed Hebrew Manuscripts as well as the manuscripts in the National Library of Israel.

    Mekhilta Textual Witnesses Database - includes all extant manuscripts: Ms Oxford, Ms Munich, Ms Vatican, Ms Cansantana, the Constantinople editio princeps, and transcriptions of all Geniza fragments and European binding fragments. The Database also includes a chart of comparison between the Constantinople editio princeps and the Venice edition of 1545.

    Mishneh Torah - Bodleian Library, MS. Huntington 80.  This manuscript, copied by Japhet ben Solomon, includes the first two books of Maimonides' Mishneh Torah, Sefer ha-Madda and Sefer Ahavah. Folio 165r contains the statement, ''It has been corrected from my own book. I am Moses son of Rabbi Maimon of blessed memory.''

    Orion Dead Sea Scrolls Bibliography -The Orion Center's bibliography, which covers items from 1995 to the present, allows users to keep up to date on scholarship on the Dead Sea Scrolls.

    Penn/Cambridge Genizah Fragment Project -A collaborative effort between the Penn Libraries and the Taylor-Schechter Genizah Research Unit of the Cambridge University Library to display selected fragments from their Cairo Genizah holdings. 

    Rabbinic Manuscripts Online (National Library of Israel)

    Talmud Text Databank (Saul Lieberman Institute) - This database contains manuscripts, first printed editions and Cairo Geniza fragments of the Babylonian Talmud. Additionally, there are more than 1,700 digital photographs of Mishnah and Talmud fragments from the Adler Geniza collection in New York (JTS) and early European fragments from libraries and archives in Italy. 

    Tosefta Textual Witnesses Database - Includes all extant manuscripts: Ms Vienna, Ms Erfurt, Ms London, the Venice editio princeps and transcriptions of all Geniza fragments and European binding fragments. The database also includes a catalogue of all the fragments divided by tractates; the fragments are joined to reconstruct original copies.
