FACULTY & STAFF
More than 4,700 scholars, rabbis, scientists, authors, and educators comprise the Yeshiva University faculty. Their expertise spans English literature to clinical psychology; Jewish studies to molecular genetics; Greek mythology to corporate finance; social welfare policy to environmental law. A highly favorable student-teacher ratio provides for small classes and seminar-like settings where personal interaction between faculty and student is the norm, instead of the exception.
The university staff, which includes departments of communications, security, computer services, food services, etc., makes up another 5,000 employees throughout the Yeshiva community.
