YUConnects is a program, sponsored by the Center for the Jewish Future, available to Yeshiva University single undergraduate alumni and students featuring activities and events designed to facilitate meeting opportunities and networking.
The goal of this initiative is to create comfortable opportunities, inviting single men and women, like you, to socialize and connect. Small-scale and larger events will offer many entry points for members, appealing to various students and alumni, while still embracing a warm and personal approach.
A special feature of YUConnects is our Connectors - a varied group of talented and trained married men & women available to meet with members individually. REGISTER NOW!
“YUCONNECTS COAST TO COAST”
On Shabbos, May 7th-8th, 2010 dozens of communities across North America are participating in a remarkable unifying event - a Shabbos dedicated to providing opportunities for Orthodox singles.
Shuls and groups are collaborating by hosting Shabbatons for singles, inviting unmarried community members to Shabbos meals, organizing shiurim, educational sessions, or Motzei Shabbos social mixers.
This program is not limited to Yeshiva University students or alumni.
The choices are many and YUConnects can help with resources, materials and guidance. Lists of participating shuls to be publicized on websites and media outlets.
