Extending Your Stay at ChampionsGate:

You are welcome to extend your stay at the Hilton Orlando on either end of the conference. Here is some basic information to assist you with your arrangements:

Hotel Stay:

Transportation to the Hotel:

The MEARS SHUTTLE runs from the Orlando airport to the Hilton Orlando. You can contact the shuttle service at 407-423-5566 or at www.mears.com to make arrangements.

While food will not be provided at the hotel in the days before and after the conference, plenty of kosher options are available to you in the area.

Minyanim:

Minyanim at the hotel will begin on Wednesday August 1st for Mincha.If you arrive earlier, there is a shul at the Chabad Center, 7504 Universal Blvd (just north of Sand Lake Road), Orlando, 32819.Their phone number is 407-354-3660. Shacharit is at 8:00 am, Mincha and Ma’ariv are ten minutes before shkia (sunset) at approximately 8:00 pm.

Entertainment:

Disney is located 20 minutes away from the hotel.

Please note that tickets must be purchased by August 5th, 2012 in order to receive the discount. You may also call 407-566-5600 and speak with a Groups Ticket Representative to purchase the meeting/convention ticket products. Shuttles to the various Disney parks and other entertainment sites are available through the hotel. Golf:
