What is the Annual Fund and how are the donations used?
The Annual Fund allows Yeshiva University to:
Provide financial assistance to our most deserving students.
Recruit and retain the very best faculty for our schools.
Expand student services and activities to enrich our students’ experiences on every campus.
Support the development of new initiatives and sustain our current academic programs.
Keep our libraries up-to-date so we can support the educational needs of students and the research needs of our faculty.
Help YU to operate efficiently.
YU alumni, parents, faculty and staff, and friends contribute to the Annual Fund each year, helping meet the University's ongoing need for flexible, unrestricted income to support our mission and operations. These contributions are used by Yeshiva University where the needs and opportunities are greatest.
Our annual fund drive runs from July 1-June 30, every year.
Why should I give?
Generations of donors have paved the way for thousands of past, current, and future students. They understand the importance of giving back to enhance the quality of a Yeshiva University Education. Because tuition only covers a portion of the actual cost of a YU education, we need your help to bridge that gap. Whether you’re making your very first donation or renewing your support, every gift counts. Your contribution, individually and together with others, adds to our success.
Should I bother making a donation even if I can’t make a “big” gift?
Absolutely! Gifts of every level are appreciated. All of the donations we receive –large or small – make a big difference.
If you work for a company with a matching gift program, your donation might be doubled or even tripled. Check our matching gifts database, or ask your Human Resources office for more details.
Okay, I’m ready to make my gift! Now what?
There are several ways to make a donation:

Mail: Checks made payable to Yeshiva University should be sent to the Office of Alumni Affairs, 723 Belfer Hall, 500 W. 185th St., New York NY 10033. Please include your school and class year with your contribution.
Phone: Please call the Office of Alumni Affairs at (877) YU3-3857 from 9:00AM – 5:30PM Monday-Thursday or 9:00AM – 2:30PM on Friday to make your gift by phone. YU accepts American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.
