Lab Accounts

All students and faculty members receive a Lab Account, or access to Academic Computing ''Lab'' computers. Lab computers are pre-configured machines, joined to our network. Lab machines have software like Microsoft Office, or specialty applications like SPSS. Students and faculty log into Academic Computing computers using lab accounts. These lab accounts are tied to roaming profiles, which means students can use any lab machine, and their application preferences and settings follow them to various computing labs. Lab accounts are also connected to one's ''Z'' drive that provides networked storage space for files.
