    Password Reset

     



    Find your AD and Gmail credentials here...

     

    ANGEL

    Go to the Angel homepage and click on "Password Reset". Otherwise, email angelsupport@yu.edu for direct support reseting your account information.

    Gmail
    Reset your password
    1. Log into your Gmail account.
    2. Go to "Settings".
    3. Select "Accounts and Import"
    4. Under change account settings, select "Google Account Settings".
    5. Under security, select "Change Password".
    Retrieve a lost or forgotten password

    Visit the Academic Computing Office on your campus.

    YUWireless

    Your wireless credentials are identical to those used for your lab account. You can reset your wireless password using the "Lab Accounts" steps below.

    Lab Accounts on Wilf and Beren Campus
    1. Access a lab computer.
    2. Press the Alt, Ctrl and Del keys at the same time. You will see Windows Security dialog box.
    3. Click on the Change Password button. The Change Password Dialog box displays.
    4. Type in your present password in the Old Password field
    5. Type in the new password you want in the New Password field
    6. Type once again the new password you want in the Confirm New Password field
    7. Click the OK button.
      (Another box is displayed over the change password box with the message "Your password has been changed")
    8. Click the OK button.
    Printing

    Your printing username and password are the same as your Lab Account. See the "Lab Account" instructions above, or visit the Academic Computing Office on your campus.

    Banner/MY YU
    1. From the My YU homepage, and select "Faculty, Students, and Staff".
    2. To retrieve your ID, follow the instructions under "User ID".
    3. To reset your PIN, select "Reset My Pin" under "Pin".
