2013 Langfan Constitutional Oratory Competition -This is an annual public speaking competition open to all undergraduates regardless of major. The topic for the competition is generally a provocative and contemporary public issue which is conducive to public debate. This year we are asking students to present an argument about whether the president should have the authority to determine that an individual is a terrorist and send in a drone to hunt him down without consulting the judicial branch. Students interested in participating must sign up by Thursday, March 21. If you have any questions or would like to sign up, please contact Ariella Hellman at ariella.hellman@yu.edu.
