If you have attempted the set up instructions and having trouble with internet connectivity then please report the issue to Academic Computing at Einstein.  Be sure to include your building, apartment #, name, username, data jack color, and number which you are trying to connect to.

If you find that your personal computer needs support then contact Vinny from Clue Enterprises.  He offers free computer support for students on the Medical School roster.  There may be a charge however for students not on the Medical School Roster.
